A regular smorgasbord of camping opportunities await all Scouts of all ages this upcoming camping season. Time spent on the Banks of the Salt Fork at beautiful Camp Drake is always special, but will be even more so as 2012 marks the 80th summer of camp. Mark your calendars now and plan on attending these great summer camps.

Venturing Summer Blast—This weekend event will be June 15-17 for all Venturers within the Council; looking for an action packed weekend adventure. Come to Camp Drake to get away from it all while having opportunities to complete requirements towards your advancement. 
 
Boy Scout Sumer Camp—come to camp with your troop to earn merit badges, make new friends, hang out at the trading post, and HAVE FUN! Four weeks of camp will be offered beginning June 17 and concluding July 21. If your troop is not attending camp, or you have a conflict the week they are, don’t forget about Bugle Troop which is open to all Scouts during week three. 
 
Cub Scout Adventure Camp—Cub Scouts more than anything want to camp! Offer them this opportunity at one of two sessions offered for Cub Scouts at Camp Drake. The Blue session is July 1-4 and the gold session July 22-25. 

Cub Scout Day Camps are a great way to introduce your incoming Tiger, Wolf, and Bear Scouts to the activities of Scouting in the summer time! The always popular BB and archer ranges are a flutter with all kinds of activity during the month of June. Make plans to visit the Camp closest to you, or the one that fits your summer calendar best!
