Export Your Unit’s Tentaroo Data Before September 25
Prairielands Council is transitioning away from the Tentaroo registration system. The system will be permanently turned off on September 25, 2026.
Because your unit attended Camp Drake during our use of this system, we highly recommend you log in immediately to export your historical data. Access to your records (including invoices and merit badge data) will not be available after the September 25 deadline.
How to save your unit’s data
Please follow these steps for each year you attended:
Log in to your Tentaroo account.
Click Events on the far right.
Select Scouts BSA Resident Camp and click Past.
Select the specific camp year and click the Reports button to download your files.
While the council will maintain its own records, we strongly advise each unit to archive its own historical data.
