2026 Registration Information
Please review the fees with your Scouting families to secure the best rates for your campers.
Camp Fees
Camp Fee Structure
- Early Bird: $375.00 per Scout (if paid by April 25, 2026)
- On-time Fee: $385.00 per Scout (if paid by May 9, 2026)
- Late Fee: $425.00 per Scout (if paid after May 31, 2026)
New crossover Webelos Scouts can pay the Early Bird rate ($375.00) until May 31, 2026.
Fees can be paid through Tentaroo or at the Raymond Lee Scout Service Center in Champaign.
Note: A 2.75% service fee applies to payments made via Tentaroo or credit card at the Scout Service Center.
Adult Leader Fees
Per Boy Scouts of America Youth Protection Guidelines, all troops must have at least two adults (21+ years old) present at all times. Adult fees follow the same payment schedule as youth fees.
Adult Fee Structure
- 1-10 Scouts: 1 adult free
- 11-20 Scouts: 2 adults free
- 21-30 Scouts: 3 adults free
- Additional Adult Leaders: $150.00 each
